Relax ge 生活真係好.... 不過真係唔可以relax 得太耐...
it's actually not a good moment for me to relax....

一定要身體健康... 唔可以俾自己病~~

mostly stay at home... 但我一d都唔會覺得悶..
listen to music.. read books.. watch all musicals.. do exercise... make desserts.. cook
I LOVE IT~~~!!!!!

Made dessert with Emma~~ 係時候補下啦!! hehe
中式心太軟

有冇人聽過>< 真係好好味~ 好潤~~ try it..

材料
紅棗(去核)	20粒
糯米粉	30克
清水	大約1湯匙
桂花糖漿材料 (如用糖桂花可不用煮桂花糖漿)
清水	80克
乾桂花	1/2湯匙 (可依個人喜好增減)
冰糖	適量
生粉水	適量(可省)

製作
紅棗洗淨後用水泡軟，瀝乾 。
糯米粉加水搓成粉糰。
把粉糰切細，搓揉成小粒狀釀入紅棗心中，用大火蒸熟 (約8分鐘) 。
清水，乾桂花和冰糖煮成糖漿，再加入蒸好的心太軟同燴即成(如糖漿太稀可加生粉水) 。

真係好簡單~~ 又易整.. 又好味~ ^^

一d都唔難~~ (只要跟住instruction =.=ll )

After a few hours.. it's ready~~

At night... Wing, Wing's gf, brother and I went to have dinner at Beverly Hills
When we just came out from the car park.... I received Heidi's sms " Result is out!! GO and check it!"

我個心立即沉咗沉..
好緊張..

but I also decided to CHECK it before dinner =.=lll

好驚.. while I am getting into the lift.. turn on my laptop.. login zmail...

"Result of Assessment"

DADDY MUMMY!!!!! I CAN DO  IT!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so happy~!!!!! ho ho

Therefore.. the dinner has become to celebrate my result!!! yeah~~
we ate.... a lot~~蒸魚... 龍蝦!?.. 肥牛煲~ =.=ll so expensive!! hahaha..
